Are you technically skilled, quality-minded, and looking to work in a dynamic production environment in Lelystad? For our client, we are looking for a Working Foreman / Production Employee+ who not only contributes on the floor but also leads colleagues and ensures quality standards are met.
In this role, you are a key link in the production process. You actively participate on the work floor while ensuring that your team works efficiently and accurately. You will set up machines and sorting equipment, supervise the production process, and step in when necessary. With your technical insight, you'll carry out minor maintenance on machinery. You’ll also be responsible for quality checks and for registering the batches used. You will ensure that products are correctly prepared for storage and transport and support the production manager in quality-related tasks. Hygiene, food safety, and a tidy working environment are essential aspects of the role.
